1. What are the delivery times?

Items in stock are immediately available and delivered within Germany in two working days, EU wide within 5 days. Deviating delivery times are indicated directly with the product. Detailed explanations of delivery times can be found in our conditions

2. From which countries can I order?

We deliver worldwide. Conditions for delivery outside the EU can be found in our customer service.

3. How much are the shipping costs?

From 50 € purchase value we ship free of charge within Germany. EU orders are 9,95 €. Further details on shipping costs can be found in our conditions.

4. Which payment methods do you offer?

We offer payment in advance, direct debit, PayPal, credit card or purchase on account. More details are noted in our conditions.

5 How can I redeem gift vouchers?

Enter your voucher code directly in the shopping cart (field 'redeem voucher'). To do so, you need a customer account.

6. How can I return articles? 

Complaints, returns and exchanges are uncomplicated. Simply contact us stating your order number and your request or concern for the purpose of address and processing via the following contact form.

7. What are your warranty / guarantee claims?

You are entitled to the statutory warranty rights for 24 months after receipt of the goods. Any further guarantees of the manufacturer remain unaffected. You can find the exact conditions for warranty and guarantee in our conditions.
