Fast single (with block seat and adjustable backrest)
To achieve a water position and handling characteristics closer to those of a conventional kayak, the seat can be easily and variably moved forward. In doing so, it can be individually adapted to paddlers of different sizes. In addition, there is storage space behind the seat for paddlers with extra cargo.
The interior dimension of 160cm is also appreciated by oversized solo paddlers. It is ideal on rivers of all kinds up to light white water.
Minimalist double (with additional WideSeat).
The Anfibio Sigma TX remains the lightest two-person packraft to date. A per-head weight of around 1kg will delight trekking partners and ultralight enthusiasts. Block seat and adjustable backrest serve as front seat. The attachment points provide stable support for this. The team-building lightweight is ideal for extended backpack transport during passages on easy flowing waters and lakes.
However, the internal dimension of 160cm sets tighter limits on space and comfort for two people. It is ideal with smaller partners or children.
The boat is likewise paddled kayak or canoe style by two (multi-paddles).
Other (ultra-light) alternatives
To save weight and space, the seats can also be replaced by luggage (dry bags, sleeping mats or similar). Reducing or eliminating backrests is another way to trade comfort for space. The front seat can also be positioned backwards instead of in the direction of travel (face-to-face) to save space.
Option MultiMat
An optional inflatable floor mat is available for the Sigma TX. It stiffens the bottom resp. the entire hull, insulates against cold and wet and increases the seating position. Paddling comfort, handling characteristics, range of use and control of the packraft is improved. It gives the boat its own character. Provided the additional weight does not bother you, it is highly recommended.
Please note: the seats described above (Block seat and WideSeat) do not harmonise well with the mat. In the selection, make sure to combine with the Anfibio PackSeat or PackSeat light (indicated by the note "When used with MultiMat").
Material and workmanship
The Anfbio Sigma TX is made of special fabric (210/420 urethane nylon), which has a high tear and abrasion resistance despite its low weight. The smooth and shiny surface of the tube's coating is particularly scratch resistant.
All the boat’s seams are fully welded and the tube seams are additionally sewn, making it a completely glue free construction. This saves weight, costs and the environment! We grant an extended 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
A special feature are the reinforced lower front and rear tube segments with panels of floor fabric to ensure higher robustness when having ground contact. However, as an ultralight boat, it should still be treated with the necessary care, especially when fully loaded.
Application
The Sigma TX is a true backpacking boat.
It is perfect for passages on easy rivers and lakes. For short distances and less loaded (e.g. as a single) it is capable running wild and splashy waters. However, use in white water is not recommended for two people.

The boat is inflated with a big nylon inflation bag, which attaches to the boat via a screw-in valve.
Repair
No inflatable is indestructible of course, but in the (unlikely) event of sustaining damage, repairs can be done within a few minutes in the field with Patch`n Go, which bonds permanently to the urethane surface. Small pinholes can be sealed with Aquasure, a liquid urethane sealant.
