Use as Drybag
Weighing just 230g our 210D, TPU-coated nylon Anfibio Multibag is a robust and light drybag with many functions. It can be a regular drybag with the twistlock valve enabling compact compression, but the valve also makes a hanging water bag with a tap or even a shower. Most importantly, the roll top section is made from clear, sticky TPU film which when rolled up tightly ensures a secure seal. Robust fabric allows to use directly the following ways:
- strap the bag over the bow (packraft)
- stow the bag in the boat (canoe, kayak)
- store water in camp and shower (hanging from tree)
- compress clothing and alike (deflate throug the Valve)
Use as Seat
Our Anfibio Multibag can serve as a seat in a packraft just fine. To do so, fill the Multibag with luggage and roll it up as usual. The volume or compression can be regulated via the valve. This saves the additional weight (and space) of the actual seat, especially on ultra-light adventures. Alternatively, the Multibag can also serve as a seat for a second person.
Use and construction:
The Multibag seat is simply placed in the respective seat area of the packraft and/or attached to a strap on the floor of the boat with the buckle of the roll top closure. For this purpose, the Multibag should be sufficiently, but not excessively filled to generate the required seat height. Ideally, the result is a flat, firm seating surface, for which the Multibag 60 L variant has proved particularly suitable, but the 40 L can work likewise, depending on boat type.
The special roll top closure with a transparent film at the upper end of the Multibag keeps it reliably tight when rolled up. If the TPU film is slightly moistened on the inside before the roll top is closed, it will provide an additional seal.
Note: In order to use the Multibag comfortably as a seat, we recommend filling it with soft and insensitive objects (spare clothing, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, etc.). Do not use hard or sharp objects!

Supertrick
Slightly moisten the inside of the clear TPU film and it will greatly improve the roll top seal. Do it well and it will hold the compression for up to a week.
